- We advertise with yard signs, local print media and
statewide publications as property type dictates.

We inform all potential Buyers that are looking for
your property type by phone, e-mail, fax and mailings.

We place your property on several different web
sites including Lange Realty’s site, Itasca County Board of Realtors site
and REALTOR.com. Also other Real Estate Brokers have our permission to place
your listing on their sites through Broker Reciprocity.
- We give you an estimate of your sale closing cost
and net proceeds before you list your home for sale.
- We certainly work with Buyers and help them
understand the multitude of mortgage programs now available. We highly
recommend that all Buyers get “pre approved” before making any offer to
purchase. We can and do “pre qualify” Buyers but pre approval can only be
done through a lender.
- We assist you with all negotiations including
furnishing and explaining all documents which consists of Purchase
Agreements and Seller Disclosures. (Some offers to purchase can include
over 20 pages.
- We coordinate appointments with other professionals
such as appraisers, home inspectors, attorneys, lenders and title companies.

through-out the listing and selling process.
