think it is offering Buyers and Sellers services such as, Multiple Listing
Service, advertising services, comparable market information, advice on list
price, advice to Buyers on financing, advice during negotiations, doing the
“mechanics of the sale”, assistance with title problems and doing the best
job possible to bring transactions to closing.
Which
Real Estate Companies practice traditional Brokerage in this area? I
believe that all Real Estate Brokerage Companies in this area practice
traditional Brokerage. What sets

We practice the same traditional services for a listing fee that
is generally lower than other companies.
We coop with all other Brokerage firms to give our Buyers and Sellers the

was 72%. That is why I say, “why
